NIACINAMIDE

Vitamin B3

Niacinamide, Vitamin B3

Niacinamide is one of the most extensively studied ingredients in modern skincare, with benefits that reach far beyond basic hydration. A form of vitamin B3, it is especially valued for brightening uneven skin tone, improving the appearance of dark spots, strengthening the skin barrier and smoothing visible texture.

Clinical research has shown that topical niacinamide can significantly reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and uneven tone. It can also help regulate excess surface oil and improve the look of enlarged pores, while supporting the skin’s natural production of ceramides and other essential lipids that help keep the barrier healthy and moisture within the skin. Niacinamide is also particularly interesting for fine lines, wrinkles and loss of elasticity. Clinical studies have found improvements in fine lines and wrinkles, skin texture, elasticity and sallowness with consistent topical use, making it an unusually well-rounded ingredient for both visible aging and overall skin quality.

Paired with N-Acetyl Glucosamine, its brightening benefits become even more compelling. Clinical research on the combination has shown improvements in the appearance of facial pigmentation and visible dark spots. For skin that looks dull, uneven, textured or less resilient, Niacinamide helps create a complexion that appears brighter, smoother, clearer and more even, while strengthening the barrier underneath it all.

In HALO™, Niacinamide works alongside NAG, Hyaluronic Acid and Panthenol to make everyday hydration do considerably more for the skin.
